Privacy Policy

We run an informational rental website. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through the tour-request form. We use it to respond to you, we don’t sell it, and we don’t run advertising cookies. If you want it corrected or deleted, email us.

Tour-request form. When you request a tour, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, desired move-in date, and any optional notes you include.

Server logs. Like virtually every website, our servers record technical details about requests — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for security, troubleshooting, and rate-limiting purposes.

We do not ask visitors to create accounts, and we do not process payments on this site.

We use the information above only to:

• Respond to your tour request and schedule a showing;
• Communicate with you about your inquiry or a potential tenancy;
• Keep the site secure — for example, blocking abusive traffic and limiting automated submissions.

Your information is stored in our own database. A small number of service providers process limited data on our behalf:

• Resend — delivers our transactional email (for example, the confirmation we send after a tour request).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the tour form from bots. Turnstile evaluates technical signals from your browser to distinguish humans from automated traffic.
• Mapbox — serves the map imagery on our pages. Loading map tiles sends standard technical request data (such as your IP address) to Mapbox.

Some listing pages also embed third-party content, such as Zillow tour widgets and links to Google. Content inside those embeds is governed by those companies’ own privacy policies, not this one.

We may replace these providers or engage similar service providers from time to time (for example, for hosting, security, email delivery, or mapping). Any such provider processes data only on our behalf and only as needed to operate this site; where a change meaningfully affects how your personal information is handled, we will update this policy.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

We keep tour-request information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting tenancy discussions, and afterwards only as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to retain it. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly. Deleting your information may mean we can no longer follow up on an open tour request.

This site is intended for adults seeking rental housing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change how we handle personal information — for example, by enabling analytics — we will update this page and its effective date.
