The rent can sometimes be a little higher than that of other student apartment rentals, but you do get what you're paying for. DeRosa apartments are significantly nicer, coming with new appliances, hardwood floors, and full size bathrooms. If there is any issue with your unit, it'll be taken care of immediately. I would certainly rent from them again if I wasn't moving out of the Lowell area.”
